When I return to South Dakota in the fall I will be a senior Spanish and political science major at South Dakota State. I grew up in South Dakota near Sioux Falls with my parents and two younger brothers. I love to read and catch up with friends. I am really active on campus and spend a lot of time being a student senator, giving tours, and being politically active. The next logically fact to list here would be my life goals, but those are yet to be determined. I’m hoping to figure that out over the course of this trip. Maybe, if you’re lucky, I’ll include those thoughts in my blog along the way. Right now my plan is to apply for a Fulbright scholarship to study abroad again the year after I graduate. If that doesn’t work out perhaps I will join the Peace Corps. Another option I am considering is law school. Right now, the sky is the limit…
